This community percussion group has been playing together since 2003 for village fêtes, summer night markets, festivals, football matches and private parties.
Currently the association has about 15 active members. Fracas plays Brazilian and Afrocuban beats, such as samba, samba reggae, afoxe, mozambique, mambo, Santeria rhythms and songs and original grooves.
Forthcoming events include playing for dancers and fashion shows. The group rehearses Wednesday evenings.
